I am sick and tired of this trend! Honestly it just looks like someone tied a bib around their neck. It does nothing to improve one's appearance and it's very bulky, and as of late, common. Girls all over my school have been wearing these and i think that it's completely unattractive, and i think it's about time people let them go.
