Happy Sunday, guys! Sunday posts are typically out of the norm for me but I am more than excited to share this I Heart Ronson dress that I received from JCPenney. With the weather getting nicer, now is the time when Sunday events like showers, parties, out of town family visits and off-hours work events start to pop up on my calendar. I really love this dress for two reasons, for the color and the fact that it pretty much styles itself. The color is a pretty eye catching pink that's not too bold and the print is subtle but still noticeable. With a dress like this, accessories and jewelry are best kept to a minimum to avoid clashing. All that is needed is a solid color shoe and bag and maybe a pair of dainty earrings to complete your look.
So on those Sundays when we you have a family party to go to in a few hours and don't have time to or are not in the mood to pull together multiple pieces for an outfit, this dress is your best option. I wore this dress to a family party last weekend when I wasn't in the mood to pull together an extravagant look but wanted to wear something that was a little more formal than jeans. I chose the cobalt shoes and bag for contrast against the pink and for a flirty Spring vibe. I also want to mention that the material is made out of a thicker cotton than most similar midi-dresses and there is a slip liner underneath which makes this dress extremely forgiving to the body (no spanx required!).
